How It Works
The S&FM Program is a rolling monthly subscription, delivering structured strength and functional movement training straight to your Trainerize app. There are no in-person sessions—you get everything you need to train effectively on your own.

Once you purchase the program, you’ll be added to the Trainerize app, where you’ll find your workouts, instructions, and tracking tools. The program runs in 4-week cycles—if you renew each month, your plan will update and progress with you.
However, if you only purchase a single month, you’ll receive one standalone 4-week program with no progression.
